Value is a all-in-one cardless mobile app where consumers store their membership cards and access them digitally. The more you access your membership cards, the more cashbacks you receive with Value.
  1. Open Value app or head on to
  2. Store your member cards into our app.
  3. Look up for favorite merchants nearby and start viewing our deals of the day!
  4. Select your preferred merchant, click CLAIM NOW and scan your digital membership card or e-voucher online when you visit your merchant.
  5. You don’t have to print out any voucher or bring along any physical membership card.
  6. That’s all! Enjoy great deals and cashback when using Value.
No, you don’t have to print out anything, just present your e-voucher upon visiting your favorite merchant.
  1. Add your member card.
  2. Snap a picture of your membership card.
  3. Key-in your membership card details.
  4. Our system will then automatically save your details for future use.
  5. Visit your favorite merchants, scan and Go.
No, only account is allowed per user.
You can store as many as you want, there is no amount limitations.
It is recommended if your friends and family download the app for their own deals and cashbacks, unless you bring them along your dine-in sessions then yes they can share your member cards. (not applicable for e-voucher purposes)

ValuePay is a cashless mobile payment platform, where consumers need not bring along their huge bulky wallet everywhere they go. It is not only convenient but also saves up your wallet space.
ValuePay is only available for selected partners in our Value app. To access ValuePay, select ValuePay partner, where consumers will only be able to use it during their check-out payments in the specific outlets.
Value accepts MasterCard & Visa credit / debit cards.
Value has 2 types of cashbacks:
  1. Value Cashback

    These cashbacks are received from any refunds of transactions made on Value and are valid for 3 months to compensate your future transactions on Value.

    Things to take note of: Value’s cashback received from Promo Code campaigns are valid for 30 days only unless stated otherwise. These cashbacks are calculated based on the final transacted amount.

  2. Partner Cashback

    This is the returned percentage of your total payment bill (excluding any amount paid with promo codes and cashback), for future payments and next visits.

    You may only use this cashback during your next purchase and under the same partner only. This cashback is valid for 2-3months depending on the validity shown on the customer’s end.

    Things to take note of: Partner Cashback cannot be shared among different merchants. Value’s merchants’ cashbacks will be calculated differently as their percentages may vary from each other.

Payment & Refund

Value currently accepts:
  • All credit /debit cards from Visa and MasterCard.

There are two ways to change your payment method:
  1. During purchase: At the payment page, next to Payment Method click on CHANGE > Choose your preferred payment method.
  2. Before purchase: Click on ME > MY PAYMENTS > CHANGE
Select your preference of payment method accordingly and proceed to confirm your purchase.
Don’t worry, here are a few reasons why your payment could not be processed. Make sure you:
  • Check if all details are correct
  • Allow the bank / debit card / credit card to carry out for online transactions
  • Input the correct code for 3DS verification
  • Settled/Submitted for Settlement: Your payment has gone through.
  • Rejected: Your payment has been rejected by the bank. Please check with the bank to authorise online transactions, or check for other possible reasons.
  • Payment Pending: Your transaction is being processed. If the payment fails, the status will show “Voided”.
  • Voided: Your transaction did not go through. The amount will be reversed to the initial payment method.

For Tax invoices (Malaysia and Singapore), customers will have to request directly from the partner with your relevant voucher details.

Value confirmation emails are not tax invoices.

Yes, you can get a refund as long as you cancel your voucher before the cancellation deadline has expired. However, we are unable to extend the validity of the voucher. Cancellable deals can only be cancelled within 3 days from the date of purchase.

Kindly take note: Once the deal is cancelled, any promo code used to purchase the deal will be forfeited and you will not be able to reuse it again.

The refund will be in the form of Value cashback and will be available in your account within 24 hours.

Here are the steps to cancel:

  1. Access your purchased vouchers by going to the ME tab. Select the voucher you would like to cancel.
  2. Click on the option to Cancel this Reservation. A pop up will appear for you to confirm.
  3. Another Pop up will appear for you to provide us the reason for cancelation.
  4. Once the reason is selected, the voucher will be cancelled.

You can also cancel on the website. Just log onto, click on MY PURCHASES > MY UPCOMING PURCHASES > click on your voucher - VIEW DETAILS.

You will be directed to your voucher page. Scroll down the page until you see CANCEL RESERVATION - click on it and you are done!

Once you have passed the cancellation deadline, you will no longer be able to cancel the voucher.

We suggest you utilise it before the expiry date of the voucher.

Value cashback will be refunded to your Value account within 24 hours. If you have requested for a cash refund, the refund process will take about 7 - 14 working days for the amount to be reflected in your account.

Refunds will only be given if you have cancelled your voucher before the cancellation deadline.

All refunds will be processed in terms of Value Cashback upon your cancellation of voucher(s). However, if you wish for a cash refund, do write to us promptly, before any of the refunded Value cashback have been utilized for your next purchase.

Terms and conditions will apply for cash refund including a processing fee of 10% per transaction. The refund process will take about 7 - 14 working days for the amount to be reflected in your card statement/bank account.
